Cross-Cultural Communications Department was founded in 2006 to satisfy the growing need for English speakers in the region.

The main task of the Department is to provide the high level of English teaching using both traditional methods and methodology and innovative technologies.

The Department owns a wide range of audio and video materials, manuals, textbooks, scientific literature. Work on the electronic library of teaching guides is underway.
