Student Council of Elabuga Institute KFU is the central body in the system of student government in the institution that represents the interests of students and coordinates the activities of both student organizations and other bodies of the student self-government.

Students’ life is not only academic success, but also active participation in various spheres of life of the university, city, and region. Student Council provides a real way to help each student realize their initiatives, try out new and interesting projects, find people one can share interests with, acquire necessary and important experience.

Student Council was created by the decision of the Conference of student activists on September 1, 2011, Regulations on the Student Council were adopted and its first members were elected there and then. The structure includes student council presidents of all 10 departments, as well as heads of the working groups of the following areas: public cultural, research, organizational, labor, publishing, sports and recreation.

Currently, Student Council consists of the chairmen of student councils of faculties, representatives of non-governmental organizations operating in Elabuga Institute of KFU: the scientific community, pedagogical group, Students' Union, student labor group, etc., and leaders of the working groups in key areas

Student Council Members:

Student Council, according to the Regulations, also includes the chairmen of student councils of faculties, heads of working groups in key areas, other representatives of the student self-government.
