International Cooperation

The institute has established strong and long-lasting partnership with a number of foreign universities, international associations and research centers. Among our key partners are:

 

The institute also successfully cooperates with leading universities of Germany, Azerbaijan, the Czech Republic, Poland and other countries. Due to the existing agreements and established work relationships the institute carries out joint research, academic and cultural projects, hosts  and visits international conferences, develops and implements new academic programs.  In 2020, a joint master's degree program "Foreign languages in the field of professional communication" was launched with the Technical University of Dresden (Germany). Since 2020, an international project for the development of German studies with the University of Giessen has also been implementing with the support of DAAD. The joint program with the University of Paris-III lets the graduates of Romance Philology Department obtain diplomas of two prestigious universities. A newly developed master program in Russian as a Foreign Language lets its graduates receive diplomas of KFU and Beijing International Studies University (China). The Cambridge University Examination Center (RU057) affiliated to Kazan International Linguistic Center issues international certificates in English recognized by many international companies and universities. The institute also hosts Czech Center and supports Polish academic and culture programs.

German Academic Exchange Service DAAD based in the institute provides invaluable assistance to our faculty and students who participate in academic and research projects carried out in partnership with German universities. 

The institute has one of the largest in KFU communities of international students. We host over three hundred students from China, Germany, France, Iran, Vietnam, Turkey, Iraq, Republic of Korea, Yemen, Tadzhikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, etc.
