The article is devoted to the history of the Polish-Lithuanian Tatars in the 17th-18th centuries. Special attention is given to their emigration (osadnichestvo) in the denoted period of social differentiation, main occupations, discrimination and privileges, as well as their language, way of life, customs, traditions, and religion.
