Kazan Federal University offers open lectures of Jens Ekkenga, Professor from Giessen University on May 10, 11, 14. The topic is "Issues of German and European company law with comparative references to the Russian company law."
According to the lecturer, the theme was chosen because it has a variety of questions, and it is one of the most interesting objects of attention of legal science. "It is interesting to compare the company law in two countries: Germany and Russia", - commented the lecturer.

The first session lasted about two hours. Some students stayed after the end of the lecture to receive answers to additional questions.
