Issues of Higher Education Are Under Discussion at Kazan Federal University

Scholars from Russia, Bulgaria, Germany and China gathered at Kazan Federal University to discuss integration of modern technological approaches aimed at improvement of higher education quality.

The Institute of Psychology and Education hosted international conference Modern Concepts and Technologies of Ensured Quality in Higher Education on June, 26. The leading Russian and international scholars in education and psychology discuss training of university graduates.

The Vice-Rector for Education Riaz Minzaripov and Advisor to the Rector on Pre-university, General and Pedagogic Education Lyudmila Nugumanova took part in the opening ceremony. Academicians of the Russian Academy of Education Valentin Andreev (Kazan Federal University) and Svetlana Bondareva (Moscow Institute of Psychology and Social Issues), professors Valeryan Gabdulkhakov (KFU), Petr Osipov (KNRTU) and Lyudmila Kazantseva (KFU) took part in the plenary session. Their reports discussed methodological problems and innovative approaches to organization of educational activities.

The program of the 2-day conference includes discussions, round tables aimed at exchange of experience and further improvement of education quality.
