During a business trip to USA the Rector Ilshat Gafurov engaged in negotiations with Peter O’Neill, Executive Director for Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development’s Center for Trade Development.
The negotiations resulted in achievement of practical agreements on contacts and mechanisms of promotion of Tatarstan science and scientific-oriented entrepreneurship in Pennsylvania State. It is no doubt that these negotiations and the visit of Kazan Federal University to Pennsylvania will promote reinforcement of KFU international prestige and implementation of certain projects with participation of Kazan and American scholars and businessmen.
