The Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District explores the SPA experience

On January 27, 2014, Natalya Antoshina, Head of the Department of personnel administration, government awards and government service in the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, visited the School of public administration. During her visit, she explored educational facilities and met with SPA management and staff. Alexander Belov, Head of the department for personnel and public service, and Ilshat Gafurov, Rector of the Kazan federal university, also participated in the meeting.

Ilshat Gafurov described how the School of public administration was founded, and Liliya Nurgatina, Director of the School, delivered presentation on SPA performance and pointed out the significant contribution of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan and KFU Directorate to the professional development of civil servants. Afterwards, Natalya Antoshina outlined the experience of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of RF in the Volga Federal District in personnel administration. Later, the participants shared their opinions on problems and questions related to the field.

During the meeting, the participants addressed common interests and future collaborative possibilities. In conclusion, Nanalya Antoshina emphasized that the School experience was extremely valuable and would be explored intently by her department.
