“Apple iTunes U Course Manager” Training Application Appeared in 70 countries, including Russia, Thailand and Malaysia, reported Apple company’s press service.

iTunes U Course Manager is a free application for iOS. According to Apple representatives, the service “provides millions of students with access to the world’s largest Internet-catalogue of free educational materials offered by leading educational institutions”.

This application gives teachers an opportunity to include their own documents and materials in training courses, as well.

Furthermore, iBooks interactive textbooks are now available in 51 countries, including Brazil, Italy and Japan. “Over 25 thousand different textbooks compiled by independent publishers, teachers and leading educational institutions are available for iPad users,” noted Apple representatives.
