The Agreement of Cooperation between Ltd. “Management Company “Bulatov Group” and Kazan Federal University was signed at the meeting of university administration on December, 23. 

Development of small and medium-sized business is one of the priority areas of the economy in the Republic of Tatarstan and in the Russian Federation. Considerable attention is paid to the promotion of entrepreneurship in Kazan Federal University. According to the Agreement of Cooperation signed by KFU Rector Ilshat Gafurov and Director of "Bulatov Group" Idar Bulatov, the Laboratory of Entrepreneurship will be opened in KFU.
