ICL-KME CS has chosen 10 students who are going to receive special scholarships in the amount of 3000 RUR during 2013-2014 academic year.     

Two students from Kazan Federal University (Stanislav Ladokhin from the Institute of Computing Mathematics and Information Technologies and Ruslan Fakhrutdinov from the Higher School of Information Technologies and Information Systems) became the holders of ICL-KME CS scholarship. This scholarship was also granted to the students from Kazan National Research Technical University, Kazan State Power Engineering University and the University of People (one student undergoes distant learning). This year for the first time half of scholarship holders were girls.

Special scholarships are established to support students who have chosen their employers while studying in the University. Scholarship holders are already engaged into company work, some of them have participated in IT – infrastructure deployment and support during XXVII World Summer Universiade. Currently, the majority of former special scholarship holders occupy the leading positions in ICL-KME CS.

This scholarship was established in 2005, since that time more than 300 applicants participated in competitive selections and more than 90 became holders.
