April 25: Vladimir Miklushevsky, the Governor of the Primorskiy Territory, visited KFU. After the meeting with Rector Ilshat Gafurov, the high guest was shown laboratory facilities at Physics Institute. Mr. Miklushevsky highly praised state-of-the-art equipment and quality of research provided here. Certain aspects of collaboration between KFU and Far Eastern Federal University were discussed, including such areas as marine biodiversity, marine biology, biomedicine, medications, etc.
