Young KFU scientists are winners of Evgeniy Zavoiskiy Prize

On October, 25 was held awarding ceremony of Evgeniy Zavoiskiy Prize in natural sciences. This solemn event was carried out in KFU Assembly Hall.

This prize was established by the City Hall in September 1997 on the 90-th anniversary of the scholar.

Participants and guests were welcomed by KFU President Myakzyum Salakhov, Director of the Institute of Physics Albert Aganov, Deputy Director of Exe­cutive Committee of Kazan city for Social Affairs, Leila Fazleeva and Director of the Zavoiskiy Physical-Technical Institute Kev Salikhov.

Representatives from the Zavoiskiy Physical-Technical Institute Tatiyana Gavrilova and Nail Khalitov, KFU young scientists Sergey Efimov and Anna Orlova reached the final. Junior researchers from KFU Department of Quantum Electronics and Radiospectroscopy, Egor Alakshin and Rasul Gazizullin won the prize.
