On August, 22 was held the meeting of employees in the sphere of education and science in Arsk. This year meeting was dedicated to the modern technologies in educational practice of the Republic.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildar Khalikov, acting Deputy Prime-Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – Minister of Education and Science, Engel Fattakhov participated in plenary session. Kazan Federal University was represented by Vice-Rector for Education Riyaz Minzaripov.
Opening the meeting President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, noted that the issue of modern technologies in educational practice of Tatarstan was vital as their application stipulates the increase of effectiveness and competitiveness of the whole educational system.
The next topic related to pre-school education – one of the priorities of state policy. There was created a special facility that this year would help to create more than 5000 new places in pre-school institutions.
Current problem is connected with lack of teachers of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology and Geography. According to Minister there was sufficient lack of teachers of Physics.
Since September, 1 the Ministry of Education and Science establishes grant Teacher of future for 10 KFU graduate students in program Teacher in the system of secondary education. They will be paid scholarship in the amount of 7000 rubles.
