The «Foreign View» is a photo contest which aims are to capture modern reality and identity of a country, show the points of interaction between Russia and other countries in the field of arts, education, religion, science, daily life and the environment.
This year’s Contest motto is Language in a changing world. Winners will be determined in 7 nominations:
Photos (including series of 2-5 photos with common topic and single graphic decision) taken by citizens outside their state (for example, pictures taken by Russians abroad, and by foreigners during their visits to Russia) are accepted to October 10, 2013.
