On August, 12 was held teleconference between Kazan Federal University and Broward College (USA). KFU was represented by Vice-Rector for International Relations Linar Latypov, Head of External Relations Office Andrey Krylov, Director of the Institute of Management and Territorial Development Nailya Bagautdinova and Deputy Director of the Institute of Management and Territorial Development Nailya Akhtyamova.

Colleagues from the both institutions discussed cooperation issues. During the teleconference were determined areas interesting for developing collaboration. Among them are Programs of Management and Municipal Services Planning in Bachelor Degree. Representatives of Broward College mentioned that they were intended to visit Kazan University in the end of September, moreover, our University planned to visit the USA in December.

It is necessary to underline that our University has been already cooperating with Broward College. In the beginning of April, 2013 President of Broward College John Armstron visited KFU branch in Elabuga and Naberezhnye Chelny, the Universiade Village and IT-Lyceum as a member of group of Heads of American colleges in the framework of Fulbright Program. On June 14, 2013 webinar with Mr Armstron was held in Naberezhnye Chelny branch.
