Kazan Federal University and Agilent Technologies discuss collaboration

The representatives of Agilent Technologies headed by Chief Technology Officer of Test Components Division Mr. Roger Stancliff arrived in Kazan Federal University on May 30, 2013.

The main purpose of the visit is the discussion of collaboration prospects in the field of radio-physical measurements. Memorandum of Understanding between Kazan Federal University and Agilent Technologies was signed on April 25, 2013 at the plenary session of VIII Kazan Venture Fair.

The present program includes meetings with scientists and visits of laboratories in KFU Institute of Physics and Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology.

The members of the delegation met with Vice-Rector for Research yesterday. Roger Stancliff presented possible ways of using radio measurements in medicine and biology.

Earlier, in April, scientists from Kazan visited the company’s branch in Ghent (Belgium).
