On March, 26 was held a meeting of the executive body of the Republic Youth Public Organization “Tatarstan Student`s League” – Council of League. The First Deputy Chairman of State Duma Committee on Physical Training, Sport and Youth Affairs, General Secretary of the Russian Olympic Committee Marat Bariev, Deputy Minister on Youth Affairs, Sport and Tourism of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Gariffulin , KFU Vice-Rector for Social Education Arif Mezhvedilov and others participated there.
President of the Republic Youth Public Organization “Tatarstan Student`s League” Timur Suleimanov made a report on the results of organization`s work for the last half of year and also told about prioritized directions for activity for 2013.
During the meeting was made a decision on establishing the Committee on work with international students. Marat Bariev considered this decision to be deliberate and well-judged as the amount of international students grows every year. Moreover, he underlined the significance of coming republic seminar “International students of Russia” planned for 29-30 April of this year. This seminar will gather leading experts in work with international students from the whole world where will be presented concept of work with international students in Tatarstan.
Vice-Presidents of Student`s League Elina Firsova, Farrukh Beshbaev, Elkin Iskanderov and Dinar Khafisov for their fruitful work in the sphere of state youth policy were given Letters of gratitude and Certificates of Merits of the Tatarstan Ministry for youth affairs, sport and tourism.
