3rd International Conference on Human-Centered Computing

Over 50 leading researchers from Russian, China, Italy, and the UK are attending.

The participants were greeted by Vice-Rector for Research Danis Nurgaliev during the opening ceremony on August 7th.

During the four sessions the participants are exchanging the theoretical and practical implications of new computing paradigms. The discussions touch on blockchain, social networks, collective intelligence, Big Data, the Internet of things, and other concepts that have broad social significance.

This year's three special tracks are human ehnancement, human-robot interaction, and brain informatics. The main topics are hyperconnectivity, data, and collaboration.

Hu Bo, Fujitsu Labs of Europe representative and co-coordinator of the conference publication committee, noted that the conference is aimed at exchanging results from different disciplines and discussing innovative ideas, “We would like for the participants to freely exchange opinions about technologies which have already been implemented and how these technologies will changes the lives of people and society. We also hope that this active exchange will facilitate new partnerships. Moreover, the participants can enjoy the hospitality of KFU, Kazan, and the country”.

The conference is organized by KFU, South China Normal University, Wuhan University of Technology, University of Messina, Victoria University, Birmingham City University, Coventry University, and Fujitsu Laboratories of Europe.
