Scientists of the Elabuga institute of KFU work on introduction of fundamentals of robotics and lego-construction in preschool education

The agreement on cooperation is signed with preschool education authorities of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district.

Robotics today is one of the most dynamically developing fields of the industry. Today it is impossible to imagine life in the modern world without the mechanical machines programmed on creation and procession of foodstuff, tailoring, assembling of cars, control of complex control systems, etc. This technology has a great future. Robotics is already included in number of several priority directions of technology development in the sphere of information technologies which are determined by the government within "The strategy of development in the field of information technologies in the Russian Federation for 2014-2020 and on prospect till 2025".

Based on MBPEE No. 80 "Droplets" of Nizhnekamsk the setup seminar on the organization of basic experimental platforms and discussion of clauses of the contract about a cooperation of the Elabuga institute of KFU and preschool education authorities of the Nizhnekamsk municipal district took place. In Tatarstan such project will be hold for the first time.

The head of preschool education department Svetlana Andrianova has emphasized importance of scientific and methodical accompaniment of teachers and heads of PEO. Expediency of opening of experimental platforms is defined as either the purposes of creation of the unified educational space combining innovations and the best traditions of Russian education or need of the consideration of regional specifics, programs of development of educational systems. All this work, as a result, is aimed to the versatile development of a child of preschool age.

She has emphasized that relevance of introduction of a lego construction and robotics in educational process of preschool educational institution is caused by requirements of FSES PE to forming of the subject and spatial developing environment, a demand of development of a broad outlook of the senior preschool child and forming of prerequisites of universal educational activities.

In her speech vice-chairman of expert coordination council Gazizova F. S. has noted relevance of the chosen subject, has emphasized that scientific and methodical maintenance, in its essence, is a complex method fundamental functions of which are as follows:

• diagnostic,

• protecting and preventive,

• advisory and educational,

• correctional and compensating.

These functions allow to perform selection of information about possible ways of a problem solution, development of the plan and methods of the problem resolution, rendering primary help in the course of implementation of the plan, assistance and implementation of achievements in the field of pedagogical science in the work of the preschool educational organizations. Therefore the research supervisor of experimental platforms becomes a tutor, who accompanies self-education process, individual educational search, implementation of support in development and realization of individual educational projects and programs, in case of which that experience which is constructed independently is considered to be the most valuable.

Further research supervisors Galich T.N., Ilyina V. K. presented the scientific plan of an experiment, stated its purpose which consists in determination of opportunities of robotics and lego construction for versatile development of preschool age children personality. They in detail dwelled in experiment objectives: to awaken motivation of children of preschool age to robotics and lego construction, to reveal influence of robotics and lego construction on versatile development of preschool children personality.

Members of expert and coordination council Martynova V. A. and Hazratova F. V. stated how robotics and lego construction favor the development of communicative culture of a child, correction of his emotional and volitional and motive spheres.

This information attracted a keen interest of participants of a seminar, desire to be engaged in experimental activities which, in general, will increase quality of educational process in PEO that, in its turn, will affect success of activity of children.

In the road map, which was presented by heads, actions of the first stage of work for 2016/2017 academic year among which are the training seminars, conferences, tenders, etc. have been designated. In particular, since September 19 the professional development course “Robotechnics in preschool education" begins its work on the bases of the Eelabuga institute, and the training seminar "A technique of experienced and experimental work in preschool education" takes place on September 23.
