The event was held by Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University on June 21st.

The participants were greeted by First Vice-Rector of SPbSU Ilya Dementyev, Rector of IKBFU Andrey Klemeshev and President of the German Rectors’ Conference Horst Hippler.

This meeting is a continuation of the dialog started in Bonn on October 6th, 2015. The sides discussed student exchange, fellowships for educators and researchers, joint scientific projects.

Nostrification issues were also touched upon. Other questions on the agenda were curricula compatibility and the lack of comprehensive information resources about Russian universities for German students.
