Science spring: young political scientists presented their research at the annual conference 'Science Day'

In the section "Political Science" featured presentations, research papers devoted to political issues.

As members of the jury were made by the head of the Department of Political Science, Prof. Zaznaev, Associate Professor, PhD Viktor Sidorov, Senior Lecturer, PhD Denis Ivanovich Igonin.

In the section of the meeting were presented 9 reports and all the performances have caused heated debate. All the speakers came to his creative research, originality of thought expressed in the selection of their research topics.

The jury noted the author's particular approach of young researchers to the understanding of political phenomena. Choose the best work was very difficult among so many worthy performances, so the jury decided to award first prize to two young researchers:

Aigul Zaripova (Master 1 year of training, scientific. Head OI arrogant), delivers a report "Economic factors activation of separatism in Catalonia" and Alsou Galiullin (4th year student, Researcher. Head Vladimir Sidorov), presented the report " The electoral success of right-wing parties and the prospects in the EU. "

Zaznaev stressed that the main advantage of this work is the use of mathematical methods that allow for a fresh look at political issues, thereby contributing to the enrichment of political theory.

Second place was awarded to Christine Karanskoy (3 year), Artur Kuznetsov (2 year master), Anastasia Mokeeva (4th year)

And the third place on the podium took Guzel Ibragimova (3 year), Catherine Ikonnikova (3 year), Anastasia Nesterova (2nd year), Denis Safin (Master 1 year)

All participants were awarded with certificates and the right to publish the results of their research in the collection of scientific articles of the Kazan Federal University.
