The presentation of joint Embassy of France in Russian Federation/Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan scholarship program "Henri Poincare" was held by Igor Sinyatkin, the representative of Moscow Campus France in KFU Institute of Language on December, 21.
The speaker not only told about the program but also presented the structure of the higher education system in France and gave a few tips how to write CV and a motivation letter.
For reference. The agreement on implementation of joint scholarship program “Henri Poincare” was signed by French Ambassador to Russia Jean de Gliniasty and Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Gilmutdinov on June 20, 2012.
Tatarstan students will get 30 scholarships to study for one 2013/14 academic year r in the Master’s courses. Participants in the program must not be older than 26 years on the date of the alleged departure to France. The deadline for applications is 15 February, 2013.
