Master students of Aktobe State University named after K. Zhubanov (Kazakhstan, Aktobe) undertook an internship at Faculty of Economics in branch of Kazan Federal University in Naberezhnye Chelny from 10 to 17 December, 2012.
During the internship the Master students who specialize in the field of Public and Municipal Administration attended the lectures and tutorials by leading professors of Kazan Federal University. In addition, they took part in the Inter-University Round Table "Management Systems of Enterprises: Theory and Practice - National and International Experience" organized jointly with the branch of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law in Naberezhnye Chelny. They also visited the main conveyor of "KAMAZ".
It was the second internship organized within the framework of the cooperation agreement between the branch of Kazan Federal University in Naberezhnye Chelny and Aktobe State University n.a. K. Zhubanov. For the past three years faculty members, students, graduate students of the two universities have participated in scientific conferences held in Naberezhnye Chelny and Aktobe and published scientific articles.
Close cooperation between the two universities was initiated by the head of the department of economics of KFU branch in Naberezhniye Chelny, Professor Anatoly Makarov. He was awarded a diploma of honorary professor of Aktobe State University in October 2012.
