On December, 4 Resident legal advisor from the U.S. Department of Justice Russel Carlberg and Legal advisor assistant from the law enforcement section of US Embassy in Russia Olga Ivanchenko visited Kazan University. During the visit they had a meeting with the Head of the External Relations Office. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss questions concerning student mobility and inviting American professors to KFU.
Moreover, Mr. Karlberg delivered a lecture to the students of law faculty on legal education in the USA.
During the meeting with the law faculty Deputy Dean Ilsur Salikhov was proposed to organize round tables, conferences and other events to strengthen the relations with American side.
Finally, the guests had an excursion in the History Museum.
