The agreement about academic co-operation has been signed between the Institute of Oriental Studies and International Relations of KFU and the Faculty of Liberal Arts of Saitama University, Japan.

The agreement about academic co-operation had been singed between the Institute of Oriental Studies and International Relations of Kazan Federal University and the Faculty of Liberal Arts of Saitama University, Japan.

The agreement envisages implementation of joint scientific projects, holding of seminars and conferences and exchange of teaching staff with the purpose of lecture delivery.

Further broadening of co-operation implies singing of expanded Student Exchange Agreement.

Saitama State University (Tokyo, Japan) was established in 1949. There are 9 faculties offering programs for masters and doctors in the university. About 10 thousand students are studying in the university, with 500 of them being foreign students.
