На днях стало известно решение Исполнительного Агентства по образованию, аудиовизуальным средствам и культуре Европейской Комиссии (EACEA) о результатах конкурса Жан Моне на получение финансирования образовательных проектов в рамках крупнейшей программы Европейской Комиссии Erasmus+. В список финалистов вошел проект Казанского федерального университета: Volga International Centre of Excellence in European Studies - VOICES+. Общая сумма финансирования проекта составит сто тысяч евро.
Главной целью проекта является поддержка и развитие научно-образовательной деятельности и академических связей в области изучения европейского права, европейской экономики, европейской интеграции, социальной политики и вопросов миграции на территории Евросоюза, России и на Евразийском пространстве.
Проект VOICES+ станет логическим продолжением деятельности центра VOICES под руководством доцента кафедры социологии КФУ Ирины Кузнецовой, финансирование которого было одобрено Европейской Комиссией на 2011-2014 годы. В рамках реализации проекта VOICES был создан Волжский международный центр исследований Европейского Союза и организованы программы мобильности для студентов и преподавателей КФУ.
Новый проект VOICES+ будет направлен не только на развитие научного и образовательного сотрудничества и применение зарубежного опыта в Республике Татарстан. Долгосрочной целью является формирование и поддержка команды ученых со специализацией в международных отношениях, политологии, юриспруденции и культурологии, работающих в научном и образовательном аспектах трансграничных отношений и миграции ЕС-Россия-Евразия. Реализация проекта предусматривает проведение полевых исследований, семинаров, дебатов, летних школ и конференций, образовательных курсов и лекций, а также публикацию информационных материалов, статей и книг.
Департамент внешних связей поздравляет междисциплинарную команду проекта в лице его руководителя, доцента кафедры международного и европейского права, к.ю.н., Р.Ш. Давлетгильдеева, и всех коллег, которые активно участвовали в процессе подготовки заявки. Проект стал возможен благодаря многолетнему опыту академического сотрудничества ученых КФУ с ведущими европейскими вузами – участниками консорциумов.

The decision of the European Commission Executive Agency of Education, Audiovisual and Culture (EACEA) on the results of the Jean Monnet competition for financial support of educational projects in the framework of the larges program of the European Commission Erasmus+ was just disclosed. The project of Kazan Federal University: Volga International Centre of Excellence in European Studies – VOICES+ is in the list of finalists. The general sum of the financial support is a hundred thousand euros.
The main aim of the project is support and development of research and educational activity and academic communications in the research field of European Law, European economics, European integration, social politics and issues of migration on the territory of the EU, Russian and Eurasian space.
The VOICES+ project will become a logical furthering the activity of the VOICES Centre, which functions under the control of assistant professor of the Department of Social Sciences of KFU Irina Kusnetsova, financial support of which was approved by the European Commission in 2011-2014. In the framework of the VOICES projects realization the Volga region international research Centre of European Union the was created programs of students' and lecturers' of KFU mobility were organized.
The new project VOICES+ will be directed not only at developing of the cooperation in research and education and the application of foreign experience in the Republic of Tatarstan. The long-term aim is in formation and support of a team of researchers with a specialization in international relations, political science, law and culture, who work in research and educational aspects of trans-border relations and migration the EU-Russia-Eurasia. The projects realization includes the conduction of field research, seminars, debates, summer schools and conferences, educational courses and lections, and also publication of informational materials, articles and books.
The Department for external relations congratulates the project's team represented by its Head, assistant professor of the Department of International and European Law, PhD in Jurisprudence R.Sh.Davletgildeev and all of his colleagues, who actively participated in the preparation process for the application. The Project became possible thanks to the long years of experience of the academic cooperation of the KFU's researchers with the leading universities – participants in consortiums.
