July 25: A unique Samsung Android Lab was launched at KFU as part of a newly signed collaboration agreement between the Company and the University. The state-of-the art lab should become a part of education from the idea to the testing stage based on Android. KFU Rector Ilshat Gafurov and Tatarstan ICT Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov noted the significance of the facilities for the University and whole region. The huge experience of the company can be of great benefit. According to Samsung representatives, this lab is a big step in company’s aspirations towards so-called Samsung Smart School, and that KFU is the perfect place for the purpose.
