Articles' Publication order

Original, previously unpublished, thematically corresponding to the journal's orientation articles in Russian and English languages are accepted for publication. Authors of the articles are liable for usage of data not intended for open publication in compliance with law of Russian Federation. 
Articles are obligatory peer-reviewed by an expert in the field of given study, who has an academic degree. Editorial board has right to decline an article, in that case they do not inform author about the reasons of a given decision. Article not satisfying requirements for design are not accepted for publication and they are returned to authors for improvement without consideration essentially. 
Electronic format of the journal presupposes conclusion of a license contract with the article's author. 
It is necessary for publishing of an article to furnish following materials:
Text of an article in electronic form in compliance with the rules of articles' design. The title of a file has to correspond to the author's surname in Latin language. For example, ivanov.doc.
Information about author.
For those who has not got doctor of science academic degree – scanned review from an expert in the field of a given study with signature, attested according to the place of employment.
Scanned excerpt from the minutes of the chair's meeting with the head of the chair's signature.
Scanned license contract with the author's signature. All materials are sent in one folder with the title of the same name, repeating the title of the file with article. 

Honorarium payment is not provided.

The rules of articles' design

An article should contain following 2, bottom – 2, left – 3, right – 1. Paragraph indent is 1,25.
Graphic objects and tables should be enumerated and signed. Tables and graphic objects should not go beyond the scope of the article's margins. It is allowed to use no more than 4 graphic objects in the article. A graphic object should not exceed the size of one page. Signs to the graphic objects are fulfilled in the following way: the word “pic.” (space), number of the picture by numerals, dot, space, title with the capital letter (without dot at the end of the sentence) are placed in the centre under the frame of a picture. Tables are represented in such manner: the word “Table” in the right top corner, number of the table by numerals (if there is more than one table), the line below in the centre there should be a title of the table written with the capital letter (without dot at the end of the sentence). If the table is placed on two pages, its columns should be enumerated on each page. 
Material of an article should be arranged in the following order:
UDC is in the left top corner. It is possible to determine UDC using this website http://udk-codes.net/part1.html.
Italicised first name, patronymic, surname of the authors with indication of the place of employment and position, academic degree and rank.
In midst there should be an article's title by capital letters in Russian language.
Italicised synopsis in Russian language.
Italicised key words in Russian language.
Text of an article.
Notes (in case of their absence this section is missed).
References. 
References are placed at the end of an article. Cited literature is enumerated in the order of mention; in the text ordinal number of a reference is put into square brackets. Page is indicated with comma after number of the reference. E.g., [1, с.32]. References are put at the end of an article and designed without paragraph indents in compliance with GOST R 7.05-2008. Number of the reference are placed before punctuation mark (before comma, dot). 
Information in English language is placed after the references:
