International Summer School “Future of European Integration: Contemporary Challenges” was held from June 27th to July 2nd.
The event was co-organized by VOICES+ and the Department of International and European Law of KFU.
More than 50 undergraduates, postgraduates, and experts gathered to participate. Among them were representatives of Novosibirsk SU, Irkutsk SU, Urals State Law Academy, Saratov State Academy of Law, Lobachevsky University, Moscow State Law University, MGIMO University, and Kazakh State Law University.
Greeting the participants were Vice-Rector Linar Latypov, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law Liliya Bakulina, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Tatarstan Farkhat Khusnutdinov, First Deputy Minister of Justice of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin, former Russian Ambassador to Luxembourg Mark Entin, Director of VOICES+ at KFU Rustem Davletgildeev.
During the five days the participants listened to lectures, attended presentations, partook in the Model of European Commission. Experts from the UK, France, Belgium, Kazakhstan, and Russia were glad to share their knowledge with the young colleagues.
