Kazan Federal University hosted the 2nd stage of the competition for Potanin scholarship. During two days, February 3rd and 4th, all applicants including 33 KFU graduate students participated in the business game with the purpose to evaluate their communicative and negotiation skills as well as teamwork abilities.
According to the director of Potanin Fund, Yulia Lizicheva, one of the most important attributes of a leader is the pursuit of a goal without walking over others’ interests.
All young people have already passed the tests on academic and creative potential. About 200 graduate students of the Volga Region from Kazan, Volgograd, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov and Samara.
Those who win the scholarship will receive 15,000 RUB monthly from March 2014 until they complete their Master’s degree.
