An agreement between KFU and Kazakhstani national science and education center Daryn is to be signed soon.
Daryn is a leading organization in its field and is directly administered by the government. The planned cooperation will be helpful in attracting more students from Kazakhstan.
The agreement will include Kazakhstani high schoolers' participation in winter and summer schools at KFU. This has been in the works for quite a while now.
Rector Ilshat Gafurov noted that these schools will not only give new knowledge but also accelerate the potential enrollees' adaptation to the Russian specifics. Three to four weeks spent at such schools should be sufficient in that regard, he added.
Career guidance for the arriving students will be provided by the best experts of Kazan University.
