Cooperation with Lebanon

Cooperation of KFU with Lebanon nowadays is implemented as part of training of 1 student (2011/2012 academic year) in the University of Kazan by the referral of the Russian Federation Ministry of Education, at the expense of the federal budget funds, in accordance with the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation of 25.08.2008 № 638.

In 2011 the Institute of Philology and Arts in partnership with the Center for Sociological Research NDU, Lebanon-Russia House (Lebanon) and the International Institute of P.Sorokin on request of Lebanese-Russian house made a 26 minutes documentary film “The road to dialogue. Sukhail Farah”, directed by E.V.Kovrikov and filmed at Pluton Studio. The presentation was held on 23-24 March, 2011 at the International Seminar “The civilization of a man in the predictions of Pitirim Sorokin”, at the Institute of Philology and Arts, KFU.
