Migration registration at the dorms
For primary migration registration, foreign citizens staying at the dorms of Elabuga Institute of KFU are required to submit the following papers within 24 hours upon arrival:
The persons residing outside the dorms should ask their landlords to submit the papers to the Department of the Federal Migration Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan in Elabuga.
To do it, within 3 days from the date of crossing the border of the Russian Federation by a foreign citizen, the landlord should apply to the Department of the Federal Migration Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan in Elabuga submitting the relevant documents (including the above).
On completion of the migration registration at the place of residence, a foreign citizen must submit documentss confirming this fact (passport, notification coupon of arrival) to the dean's office and to the passport office.
Migration registration is conducted only at the residence address for the period of studies not exceeding 1 year.
