• Work closely with the President and Vice-Rectors as a partner in strategic planning, prioritization and decision making;

• Build short-term, medium-term and long-term programs and projects of KFU’s strategic planning including a program of financing and operating activities;

• Strategic management implementation, building and realization the Concept and Program development, conducting evaluation and monitoring of key indicators;

• Assist the President and the Vice-Presidents by providing reliable, relevant, and quality data and information to facilitate planning, budgeting, economic assessment, accountability, program evaluation, and development of policy decisions;
