Rules and Guidelines

1. An essay is submitted in English.

2. Each entry must focus on the issues the Forum.

3. Content must not offend dignity and feelings of other people.

4. The essay should not exceed 5000 printed characters. The format is doc(x).

5. Essays may be submitted through e-mail: kafanglnem@mail.ru starting on April 15, 2014. The deadline for submissions is on May 15, 2014. Winners will be announced no later than May 22, 2014.

6. All participants must complete the online entry form on the website of Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.
