The registration fee includes the conference participant the cost of conference abstracts. The number of submitted abstracts is not limited. In absentia participation at the conference (without payment of the registration fee), the cost of one abstract publishing the conference report (regardless of the number of speakers) is 1500 rubles. In this case, when you pay the payment order in section "Purpose of payment" should be marked "Payment theses ICPLTP2017".
Abstracts of the conference are accepted in Russian (with a summary in English. Language) or English.
Abstracts of not registered participants will not be considered.

Selected papers will be recommended for of published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (included in the Web of Science and Scopus database). The selection will be carried out in the course of the conference organizing committee members. The cost of publication in this journal will be 6500 rubles. ($ 100).
