The course forms students' scientific knowledge and practical skills for modern laboratories (histological, molecular biological, genetic, biochemical, physiological, microbiological).

The course allows students to conduct independent researches of the functions and structure at the molecular, cellular, tissue, organ, organism levels, as well as learn various modern methods of processing and interpreting data obtained using modern equipment necessary for conducting biomedical scientific research.
