The Council was established in June 2014 in order to optimize the age structure of scientific staff, engage and retain students, PhD students and postdocs to Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology, provide scientific and administrative development of young scientists, increase the activity of basic and applied researches of young scientists of IFMB, develop their collaboration with other organizations of Russian Federation and foreign ones.

The objectives of the Council are:

• The joining of students, PhD students and postdocs to Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Biology and enhance them to reach their goals, obtain new knowledges and integration of their joint research activities;
• Assistance in basic, applied and exploratory researches performing by young scientists of IFMB;
• Assistance in the development of research activities, organization of trainings and improvement of academic qualifications;
• Promotion of the implementation of research results of students, PhD students and postdocs;
• Search, analysis and providing of information on job positions, grants, conferences, workshops and other events for youngs;
• Organization of scientific conferences, symposia, seminars and round tables; promoting the participation of young scientists IFMiB in national and international conferences, seminars, courses, series of lectures, etc.
